TITLE:     OUTLIERS AUTHOR: MALCOM GLADWELL Why do some people achieve so much more than the others? Can they lie so far out of the ordinary? The answers to the above questions is what is critically analyzed in outliers. In outliers, the author highlighted the stories of many successful people, both the present and the late ones. He established the fact that no one, even the geniuses-ever makes it alone. He disputed the idea of ‘I am self-made.’ The book clearly states that success is not about being smart alone. 'Dangote still dey find money' I don't know who sang the song neither the motive behind it But this particular line; Dangote still dey find money is a thought provoking piece. One would think if the richest man in Africa is still looking for money, where then lies man satisfaction? Can man be satisfied with wealth, wives, husbands, positions, power, fames or mansions? I guess I'd be right if I say the answer is no. If these things doesn't satisfy, where can we find satisfaction? We've heard the story of political leaders that doesn't want to leave their post. For instance, in Nigeria, we have seen people that have been in power since 1990 who are still in ruling position or are aspiring to contest for another post.
